If you would like to open a wholesale account with us, click on Register for an account. Complete the online Wholesale Registration Form to register. Once you are approved as a stockist, you will be able to simply place orders online.
Login to your wholesale account (once it has been established) and add products to your account. You can pay by credit card at the checkout stage. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Johnco has a minimum order of $250.
All first orders are on a pro-forma basis. Once a reliable trading history is established, you can apply for a wholesale credit account. Existing account holders are required to pay 30 days from date of invoice. Johnco does not send orders to customers with outstanding accounts.
If an ordered item is not available at time of dispatch, the item will be placed on backorder. A customer is able to view their backorders when logged into their online account. Back orders are paid for in advance.
Freight charges are determined on a cubic or weight scale; whichever is greater.
We strive to get your goods to you in a timely manner. Dispatch typically occurs within 48 hours of receiving an order. During busy periods, particularly trade fair times or seasonal retail peaks, extra time may be required to process your order.
